Found a vehicle on their website located in Clearwater Florida. For a $200.00 transport fee CarMax stated that they would transfer the car to South Carolina with in a set amount of time.

This car was left Clearwater, Florida according to their records on March 5, 2019. Today is March 15, 2019 and the vehicle has still not arrived in South Carolina for viewing. Today I cancelled the order to transfer the vehicle because of the long duration. 10 days to go across two states?

Where is this vehicle? CarMax informed me today that the $200.00 transfer fee was non refundable! Let me get this right. The vehicle has not arrived in South Carolina for viewing prior to purchase yet CarMax is still charging me $200.00..for what?

NO product...NO service.

If these people conducted business on a profession level then why are they charging for a service or product they did not deliver. VERY POOR BUSINESS PRACTICE!!

Product or Service Mentioned: Carmax Vehicle Inspection.

Reason of review: Return, Exchange or Cancellation Policy.

Monetary Loss: $200.

Assuming you used a credit and not a debit card to pay the $200 fee, dispute the charge, altho there was probably some sort of disclaimer stating the fee was non-refundable. Check this out by going to their site and reading what you signed up for again.
