tom folliard, is it really neccessary for carmax management to get on it's employees if they forget their belt? I mean is it really that important to wear a belt to work to look presentable?
tom, do you realize how many employees you have that are doing what you want for free?
How can you include all the daily tasks a sales person has to do, and pay them commission? In my opinion, you are one greedy S.O.B.
