I brought my car for service, they said it will take 1 to 2 hours and it will be ready, that was at 9:00 AM. I'm still here waiting, time, 1:19 PM. Just for a regular service. Unbelievable!!!

I purchase a 2013 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport back in August 2015. I had been in an accident and thus needed a vehicle sooner than I had wanted one. So, I got this one. a month or so later, the brakes started squealing badly and the temperature had gone down finally so the ac was off and the windows up. We walked in to a carmax lot referred by a coworker. We fell in love with a 2009 Honda civic with 113000 miles under its belt. The price tag on this vehicle was $14,000. My company is the victim of careless actions and illegal sales of SALVEGED auto by CARMAX auction. Hi, I purchased my Murano in September under 2008. The car , for all intents and purposes, was brand new. The five point summary report to me by Carmaxm, via Autocheck, indicated the car "checked out", without any previous accidents, reports, etc. Fast forward to present day. In a nutshell when you have an issue along with proof for their service departments incompetence they are unwilling to make it right. I purchased my 2009 Jaguar XF vehicle from Carmax in April 2011 and within 3 months the undertray/shield was dragging on the ground. I called Carmax & they said this would not be covered as it was a wear & tear issue. I had to pay over $500 to get this fixed myself at the jaguar not to mention the $150 in... Read more

My car has been back and forth to Carmax since buying it only a few months ago. The interior dashboard needed repair, and they tore the seat in the process. While having the seat repaired at outside vendor, the car was broken into. They used a screwdriver to pop a hole in the door by the handle, which required body work and repainting to repair (yet another issue).
