Carmax review in Orlando, Florida: Best place to work for 25 years
I am in the upper Sr Exec side of CarMax and I can say that working here is a blessing. I have made all the right moves so I can retire this year and still pull 6 figures from the old Pension Plan. Us old dogs will be milking that pension plan dry in the next few years! Here’s to large “golden parachutes” and eating up the Pesnion plan before the rest of the workers get NONE!

I'm happy with the service for the most part. They are fixing the problem. However waiting for 5 hours. I decided to step outside to smoke and they tell me I can't because carmax is a smoke free. Was asked to leave the lot. Other than that I'm pleased with the service.

Yeah I really don't understand how they care about the customer when they let someone drive off with a car that had safety recalls. I definitely think that the max needs to be responsible for that. The cars with safety recalls are in THEIR lots, not the manufacturer's lots.
