Over hiring: So last year when Darren was in charge, he thought it would be a great idea to have 100 sales consultants. Well in the last year there have been 92 sales consultants, with there being about 50 left.

If you can not guarantee a car was not invovled in accidents why don't you tell the customers to do a ppi on them? how can the customers rely on what you guys do...I have paid 36k in total for this car and now within a year I learnt the car had 2 major accidents...what...

will not recommend or go back this is nothing but a fancy buy here pay here lot who takes advantage of poor people not caring at all
