The first car we bought from Carmax was great. We had no problems.

This one is another story. Through no fault of Carmax there is something wrong with our car. The problem I have with Carmax at Fountainhead is the way they've handled the situation. They've now had our car (which we got in Dec) for over three weeks.

They misdiagnosed the problem so we had to wait for 10 days for a part (the wrong one) to arrive. Then they had to send the car to the dealership because it still wasn't working right. They've now sent it to the dealership 3 times to FINALLY figure out what's actually wrong (at least we hope it's right this time). Now we have to wait another 4 days for the needed part.

We're looking at Lemon Law time frame at this point. In the middle of all this they want us to keep returning the loaner cars for a new one.

We accommodated them at first but it's gotten ridiculous. I'm not spending any more of my time or gas taking a loaner back for a new one.
