I have an extended warranty on 2011 BMW I bought there. When windows rolled up, they automatically came back down half way. Brought in to Carmax. They said they would reprogram windows. Said it was repaired couple hours later. Paid $107 (my portion) for extended warranty Brought home and found they still did not function properly. Brought back in two weeks later. They said they were sending it to BMW dealer to be handled. It took ten days to get repaired. BMW said car battery was bad, so they had to replace and are the only ones who can reprogram entire car. Paid $500 for battery and labor (not covered under extended warranty.

Brought car home, and windows still do function properly. If you press window to go down and stop half way, you can't roll it up unless you put it down all the way first. If you are rolling window up and stop half way going up, you can't roll back down until it goes back up first.

Carmax never even offered loaner car when I had 4 drivers at home with now one other car for 10 days.

They are no use when it comes to foreign cars when they can't do most of the work on it.

Going to complain to the manager at Carmax.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $107.
