I had called last week regarding my side view mirror which needed replaced I had spoke and dealt with Michael who is always efficient and poite . Today I called to find out when the part would be in its been over a week I asked for Michael and whoever the person was that answered the phone in a tone that sounded like he was sleeping said he was on break.

When I asked about the part in his dead toned annoyance responded that they usually send an email . Right ! Like id be calling if I received an email. Today is Wednesday the 9th I was told that my mirror could not be fixed until next Tuesday the 15th whic if they called me yesterday it would have been done.On top of being told by this dead toned uninterested in my issue lousy customer service rep that I had to wait another week I asked if I could come in at 11am he told me no because his workers would be on break after 1pm or 830 am was good for him .

Lousy phone voice,Lousy customer service didnt even confirm who he was speaking to I had to ask. He doesnt give a *** about his job or car max customers.Lousy Lousy attitude.Im surprised always received great service .I will not recommend them to anyone anymore.
