Carmax review in Laurel, Maryland: Is it really a new car?
Purchase a vehicle from them 4/23 slash 2018 vehicle was shaking uncontrollably they would not refund my money because of my contract I would not suggest anyone go to that dealership this was my first time buying a brand new 2008 Toyota Corolla from this experience I will never ever go to a Toyota and I'm stuck with the car that they had to do work on but it's a brand new 2018

I took my car in to have the lugnuts replaced because the mechanic didn't hand tighten them first so they were stripped and the lady I talked to basically was trying to put the blame on me, just not the customer service I expect to recieve especially just buying the car recently
