After spending 60k on a vehicle I got the run around and then lied to on multiple occasions. At first there was no explanation about where the car was after being told it was on the way and then it took another two weeks.

Once the car arrived I had to return to Carmax on multiple occasions because the sales associate and manager didn’t complete the transaction. A few months later I had a nail in my tire and realized there was no wheel lock included with my purchase. After being blown off a couple times I was then given an appointment a week and a half later. When I arrived at my appointment I was told that they thought I drove a Hyundai Sonata not a Chevy Tahoe.

I had to spend $300 at Firestone To have the wheel locks removed so that I would be able to take my car out of town.

I will never do business with CarMax again. Waisted a lot time because they are incompetent and don’t give a *** That goes all the way to the top two different branch managers never returned my calls.
