I paid cash for a vehicle on the 18th of April and found out on my drive home that night that a taillight was out.Contacted the Service department about the issue and has been lied to about when the parts would arrive and be installed and I am the one who has to call for an update and your advisors make me feel as though I am disturbing them when I finally get them on the phone.Dead
