Got my car back :) so far so good. The Kennesaw store service department is awesome.

I have to admit I should have just went to them in the first place. They were awesome to us.

Everything is fixed on the car, they got ALL of the oil out of the carpets even. It smells...

Most of the problem is you not carmax they sold you something you wanted and it was a lemon . lemons are in every make and model .

you can buy a brand new car and it could be lemon right off the bat . just BC its new doesn't garuntee that it will run good for a while . you let mechanics do a lot of unnecessary work on the car that didn't need to be done on it. You had about 30 repairs that weren't needed on the car .

then you finally found a mechanic that fixed the real problem with the car . read the manual on the car it will tell you if that part need to be replaced after a certain amount of miles . take the car in to several mechanics .

get different diagnosis from different companies . just like going to the doctor .

Carmax in Stockbridge, Georgia - RIP OFF

They had my car in the shop for 3 weeks and it there was hail damage to the hood and roof. I was already in the process of switching vans because the other one wasn't any good. so to make a long story short they lowered the appraisal on the old van to 10,500.00. I financed it for 12,998.00 so I'm to pay the difference added on my new loan. They gave me carmax financing instead of wellsfargo of whom I had before this mess... its there fault the van was trash really??? in the shop 3 weeks and you say I have to pay the difference. they gave it back to me and it was still garbage,, but they will send it to the auction,...oh I lost my downpayment of $1,000.00 and I had to pay $894.320 for another down payment... really?

Another problem with carmax is they keep vehicles in their shop way too long. That is a stragety so the 30 days runs out and the customer is stuck paying. I can write tons of garbage that is going on in this company.

I lost my job 8 months into my car loan. I have advised CAR MAX of this; my car note is $612/mo. This is a high payment for someone who is unemployed so I try to make 1/2 a payment each time I get my unemployment check. They locked me out of my account once I got 2...

At no point and time, if you have paperless statements should any credit institution barr you from seeing your account/payment information. As I stated in my prior statement, I made 1/2 payments WITH MY UNEMPLOYMENT check. So, I do receive benefits and have attempted to pay my car not despite the situation.

I purchased a 2005 Acura TSX through Carmax in 2010 and I am in the process of selling the car now. I feel that I am knowledgeable with cars and I noticed the hood, quarter panel and bumper were not as glossy as the rest of the car about a month after my purchase but I...
