If you can not guarantee a car was not invovled in accidents why don't you tell the customers to do a ppi on them? how can the customers rely on what you guys do...I have paid 36k in total for this car and now within a year I learnt the car had 2 major accidents...what kind of a service is this

Attached are the original autocheck report generated when I purchased the vehicle. Also the carfax report I got today. As you could see the car has 2 accidents of which 1 has damage everywhere in the vehicle as well as the roof

Carfax report shows 2 accidents of which 1 has a damage to room and all over the car...When carmax does it's inspection nobody checks the car for damage/ paint? why do they disclose the car as accident free....carmax thinks the customers are stupid and they could get away with it...unfortunately not because I know understand how carmax treats its customers now

Purchased a BMW 535gt xdrive which Carmax claimed no accidents and showed through Autocheck. After 1 year I learnt the Car had multiple accidents including damage to the roof from Carfax. Terrible customer disclosure...had to pay 36k for this vehicle knowing that it did not have an accident
