Car wont start and we purchased a pricey add on warranty when we bought the vehicle 9 months ago ( which I was against ) ...... and this is why .......
We have emergency road side service , but we were charged for towing ( why have it ???) for a 25 mile tow to nearest CAr MAx . Then we were told they were " a week and a half out " to even look under the hood .
Most likely a belt ( which I wish I had fixed myself at this point ) At the sale we were told to just bring it to any CarMax and the vehicle would be taken care of , in the event there was a mechanical issue . I don't feel the warranty is a value
Reason of review: Warranty issue.
Monetary Loss: $200.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
