take my f 150 truck on tow truck with powertrain fault code. it has an extended warranty 3 days later they tell me that it is ready to pick up, pay because your warranty does not cover the supposed repair, arrive at my work at the time of departure the truck returned with the same train failure power train , your roadside assistance service it's 15 miles and it was 30 miles so I had to pay to have the truck picked up and brought back to CarMax of Davie fl.

Because my local Carmax won't answer their phone.

Ive been trying to reach Carmax via telephone for literally 3 weeks. I call finance, service, title and license department, nothing! Its incredibly frustrating. The only time I got an answer it was someone in California. Very unprofessional.

Follow up call anyone?

I called the customer service line and voiced my concerns about the problems I'm having with not only my car buying experience, but as well as service center repair issues in which this phone call was about a week ago from today and no one has reached out to me after they said they would run a investigation and reach out within the next 48 hours.

The poor quality of the car and poor Service department policies.

Bought a Tucson in March 2022 and it is now July 9th and it is back in the Service dept for the fourth time to fix an AC problem. 1st time the part never arrived, second time compressor was replaced, third time condenser was replaced, now the expansion valve is being replaced. Each time I leave the car for repair, they keep it for 5 to 10 days. This time it's been there 10 days and part still hasn't arrived. Along with the AC problem, I also needed one caliper, brake pads, brake rotors. Thy have had the car for a total combined 35 days since March. Completely unacceptable for any customer.

Car is messing up

Ive tried to call the store in Buford and no ones answering and their mailbox is full but I bought a 2015 Chevrolet Trax a few years ago and now the check engine light is coming on and going off and when I am stopped at a light and the air-conditioning is on the RPM goes up like Im pressing the gas. I want to know if theres a way I can set up an appointment to come get the car Looked at or if Im under warranty. This is the second time Ive emailed.

I'm waiting for a call back about car issues

I purchased a Subaru from car max in November of 2021 and its been in the shop since March 13 with reoccurring issues. Ive been trying to reach Carmax and have been waiting for a call back for over 2 weeks horrible service and so far no help getting our issues resolved

Car Transfer

I paid to have a vehicle transferred to my home city. I test drive it on a Saturday evening. Told the sales person I had to think about it, needed the fuel efficiency but did not love the trunk space or performance. Called Tuesday to find out they another customer had reserved it. As of Tuesday night I have not received a return call for resolution. Grimy business practice, I have never had a dealership not hold a car for a few days, never stated that they would not hold it.

Terrible, I had to pay to have my vehicle towed to a preferred dealership, the cost of rentals has increased dramatically, and the reimbursement doesn't even come close, Max care wouldn't even make the reservation or give a code, so I could get a discounted rate. This needs to be updated because it's not meeting the definition of an extended warranty.
