Carmax in Greensboro, North Carolina - NOT GOOD

Carmax - Oil change service
I was there for the oil change appointment and after few min told to come in 2 hours because mechanic going to lunch. I asked if I can talk to the manager and they said she’s at lunch . I was trying to explain thT I’m going out of town. Then finally another staff said it’s ok we will find a way. That’s Not acceptable .
