I have a 2013 Sonata that I purchased in May of 2016. I have had two appointments for service because there was noise coming from the back of my car.

When my car was service twice they found nothing wrong. I am very disappointed because I am still HAVING the same problem. I hope that I have not purchased a lemon. An appointment will be made for service a third time.

I want to refer others but until my concern is resolved I will not tell anyone about cars at your establishment.

I need to keep my car for many years but at this ratre, I am not sure how long it will last.

Take it somewhere else and have them diagnose the problem and give you an estimate. If they say there is nothing, then there is nothing. If they give you a diagnosis and estimate then take that to Carmax.
