FOR ANY CUSTOMERS WHO HAVE HAD PROBLEMS WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE AT CARMAX IN GASTONIA, TODD BUCHANAN WHO IS THE OPERATIONS MANAGER HAS CONTINUOUSLY LAUGHED AND MADE IT VERY CLEAR THAT HE DOESNT CARE WHAT CUSTOMERS OR PEOPLE THINK OF HIM. AS A FORMER EMPLOYEE I WAS IN AT LEAST THREE MEETINGS IN A ROW WHERE HE ASKED ALL OF THE EMPLOYEES TO SEARCH AROUND IN THIS SITE AND THAT HE WAS MENTIONED IN HERE AND ABOUT HOW FUNNY IT WAS THAT PEOPLE COME ON HERE TO COMPLAIN AND WHINE.

ALL OF THE OTHER MANAGERS SUPRISINGLY LAUGHED WITH HIM INCLUDING THE STORE MANAGER. HE ALSO STATED THAT YOU CANT PLEASE EVERYBODY. HIS ARROGANCE AND HIS FAVORITISM TO A HANDFUL OF EMPLOYEES HAVE CAUSED A HIGH TURNOVER RATE FOR EMPLOYEES AT THAT STORE AND HE IS THE MAIN REASON I HAVE LEFT THE COMPANY.

OTHERS AND I HAVE SEEN HIM NUMEROUS TIMES SITTING AT DIFFERENT PARTS OF THE STORE WITH HIS LEGS KICKED UP, HANDS BEHIND HEAD WHILE TRYING TO BLAME THE FAILURES ON THE EMPLOYEES AND REMIND EVERYBODY HOW GREAT HE IS AND ALL HE HAS DONE FOR THE COMPANY. IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM YOU WILL BE LAUGHED ABOUT!!!!

Some things never change.....2016 and it's still the same bs. It will never change until upper management at corporate really care what happens to it employees... It's about the $ and it will always be the case.
