7108 is fed up we agree with you 7110. Pretty much the same complaints just different managers but the same treatment.

The quality of our cars has gone down, the treatment of associates suck. Conditions seem to get worse by the day. Management shows alot of favoritism to certain associates. The current management team is the laziest managers i have ever worked for they say we don't need to work we delegate the work.

A few of them have no automotive experience and it shows in their managing capabilities. This company has gone down hill at a rapid pace.

7108, try to get in touch with the local news and share your concerns with them. See if they can do a story outside of carmax with all that are for the union. I would say that eventually it may come to this anyway.

Carmax corporate, if you don't address our concerns soon, we will bring the media into this fight, we will make the standards known to the public. The standards of being managed by a report rather doing what is right to fix the car will be made public.

We will bring the union in. The days of managing through intimidation & fear need to end at 7108. We don't trust this management anymore and never will again. Rick, Angelo, Luis, Donte & Farooq need to be replaced.

Show us that you hear us so this can end peacefully & we can get back to doing what we all want to, earn an honest wage for the work we do without being threatened or retaliated against by management. Fire them, transfer them, promote them it doesn't matter which one. We need someone like Ted Lewis to fix this store again. We don't feel that we can discuss these issues openly as long as Rick and his team are around, Rick knows alot of people in this company & they will protect him.

Rick & his team will then retaliate against anyone they feel has spoken against them. I know Carmax has zero tolerance for retaliation but that doesn't stop Rick and his team from coming after you if they think your not on board with them.

This place is a joke...I thought the management team finally made a move in the right direction by firing julie but i just found out she pulled a fast one on them. she is out with a back injury!!!

she is sitting home laughing while she almost gave the old guy in parts a heart attack..Thats why the union must be brought in to prevent this from happening...Tom nolan go find Ted Lewis and beg him out of retirement.. He was fair and cared for his employees. More than i can say about this management team that is in place now.There all smiles at everybody cause they are scared. Corporate is gone.

Debbie sharp is no where to be found, Tom folliard dont care.

Thats why the union is a must. lets go to the next phase ..

The operations management team needs replaced, from the top down at 7108. They are attempting to act like they care about the associates, why now?

Where have you been for the last year Rick, Angelo, Luis & Farooq oh lets not forget Donte who runs the night shift like a corrections officer. We miss Ted Lewis, he held himself, other managers & associates accountable, we need someone like Ted to come & fix this store again. It's too little too late for the current managers. We don't trust any of them & never will.

Corporate you can fix this or we'll keep pushing forward with our plan to get outside help, show us that you hear us. We just want fair & equal treatment.

Alright 7108, we need to be careful. We expect to see the management team try to performance manage the associates they view as trouble out the door.

Lets not give them a reason, contact the phone number listed on the documentation left at the store this week.

If you should happen to loose your job due to performance management, once everything is in place you can be rehired with back pay. Enough is enough, we have to stand up for ourselves and do the right thing.
