7108 is fed up we agree with you 7110. Pretty much the same complaints just different managers but the same treatment.
The quality of our cars has gone down, the treatment of associates suck. Conditions seem to get worse by the day. Management shows alot of favoritism to certain associates. The current management team is the laziest managers i have ever worked for they say we don't need to work we delegate the work.
A few of them have no automotive experience and it shows in their managing capabilities. This company has gone down hill at a rapid pace.

Well, well, well, so there is a group of four trying to go for a management position, but two will not make it because their skin color is not approved by Mr. Lions, those individuals will get canceled. We all know that the lion only favors his own kind, can't you tell....come on guys wake up...you're wasting your time.
Going to be a sad week here thanks to you corporate for letting Brian and AD go without talking to them at all. Thought this was a top 100 company but as I look around and see not any more.
This is more like top 100 cost cutting company and really don't care about associate development. Going into the holiday season with both of these technicians leaving and more leaving too GOOD luck hitting the build. I know you will ask us to work longer hours or extra days just wait and see how that will work out. Brian always help lead the shop but with him gone good luck now CHAOS will happen now!!!!
He keep all the idiots in check. GOOD LUCK TO YOU BRIAN and AD IN YOUR NEW JOBS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
GOOD JOB CORPORATE YOU SENT US ANOTHER FLUNKY FOR A TPM JERRY HE DECIDES TODAY INSTEAD OF REPLACING BRAKE PADS ANS WEAR SENSOR ..THAT ITS BEST FOR THE COMPANY TO NOT REPLACE PADS AND SAND DOWN NEW SENSOR TO FIT OLD PADS SO WE CAN CUT COST ON CARS..GREAT IDEA AND THATS WHY ALL MECHANIX ARE LEAVING..WINDSHIP AND ADREANO ARE JUST THE FIRST WATCH HOW MANY ARE GOING TO LEAVE....WE NO YOU GUYS DONT CARE

WOW !!!!! Just found out today that Carmax is letting two long time associates quit.
Winship has been the back bone of the shop for 17 yrs helping all of us through these tough times at Carmax and they just let him walk out. Just shows you nobody has a career here at Carmax.
They just use you then let you walk out with out anyone saying PLEASE stay. WELL GOOD FOR WINSHIP HE WILL BE BETTER OFF WITHOUT CARMAX.
Don't worry ringleader, all long term employees found other jobs, its not worth saving this place when there are better jobs that pay more out there, get the most out of this place and then leave, that's what everybody is talking about around the shop these days. Unfair labor pay, micromanaging to get you fired, I mean, its all kinds of things that they look for, oh, and god forbid you get sick, if you run out of sick days, you'd better come in coughing out your lungs and then go home, otherwise you will be written up.
What about the famouse lump sums they give you, are you serious? No consideration of inflation in the country, that lump sum doesn't cut it, you stilll fall in the same pay rate, plus if you do get a raise you get about 50 cents or less and after saving the company money by cutting cost down, the profits are very good and increase year in, year out, but no increase in our pay...and the bonuses are for management only...
Shame on all you pathetic fools that still go to work everyday for carmax.
I suggest you all go to Martha's Vineyard and make tom an offer he can't refuse.
You still from us, now this is what we are going to do......rick lyons steals from us, what are you going to do to him.... we get fired for stealing....get him, angelo and luis out....
That's "steal from us".... predictive text sucks just like operations manager
Go to national labor board website
All employees - union or not - have the right to participate in a protected strike, picket or protest. Protected by federal law.
Federal law protects your right to decline to participate in union organizing or concerted activity, and to campaign against a union during an organizing campaign.
Federal law protects employees engaged in union activity, but that's only part of the story. Even if you're not represented by a union - even if you have zero interest in having a union - the National Labor Relations Act protects your right to band together with coworkers to improve your lives at work.
Ops mgr is at it again with his tyranny/hitler like treatment, let's throw the captain off the ship. He needs to go. Tpm Luis also needs go.
Here we go again..now the ***(rick lions, luis) and chicken george (dante) don't want to pay us for the work we do...corporate come down again and do another investigation..top 100 companies to work for..yea right...
We got every tech on board, thanks to Tpm "chunkybutt", plans are in progress...again.... this is going to take time... but the results will be rewarding...union time is getting closer...
So how does it feel to work for a top 100 company these days?
Dear dafortmole:
I got your letter from the postman just the other day
So I decided to write you this song
And just to let you know exactly the way i feel
To let you know my love's for real
Because I love you and I'll do anything
I'll give you my heart, my everything
Because I love you, I'll be right by your side
To be your light, to be your guide
If you should feel that I don't really care
And that you're starting to lose ground
Just let me reassure you that you can count on me
And that I'll always be around

Cry much?
CarMax has to hire one manager per associate so that managers can't get caught up helping others
