Here is a reality check for you carmax -
1/. Elliot Blanco was the best manager this company has ever seen?. He dedicated himself to this company and everyone at our store LOVED him|. What a great man and asset to this company!. He was FIRED based on LIES they didnt like him and you let go the best manager you had IN THE COMPANY based on lies and an incompetent regional team.. BEG HIM TO COME BACK AND APOLOGIZE!!
2". Derrick our RPM is an ***;. He knows nothing!! who hired this guy? what a waste of company money. You have no oversight over this man or he would be fired.
3. Justin - cosmetic supervisor RACIST and hated by one and all!! He was caught by a black employee making racist jokes and YOU DID NOTHING. It was covered up by barbie prats -corporate HR!! who is a total airhead. you dont know that they are friends and shes always hugging and touching him and flirting with him???!! SHE covered it up for her FRIEND you will get a lawsuit over this. check the cool line call and do an independent investigation!!this is not even legal. She should be fired!
The black employee left the store !!how can this happen?? where are you virginia? everyone knows about this !!
4. Renee -TPM- Best manager in the store. Period. Supportive respectful and hardworking. Asset to the company.
5. Eric Sanchez- ops manager- EGO,Bully , manipulator and master fabricator . How have you let this guy go unchecked ? Everyone he doesnt like is gone like the wind. Where is the corporate oversight? our regional team is a failure if they let these things happen. everything regionals know is based of what he tells them and it is lies. WAKE UP !!
This is your last chance CARMAX. Do the right thing show the employees you care about them and not just money. 1295285

Erick Sanchez and Barbie continuing intimidating and firing people if Erick don’t like them. Everybody from the Operations department are working under intimidation .I don’t, think that Debbie is responsible for that but she need to take steps to finish with this behavior create by Barbie and Erick.
