we purchased a kia spectra from car max in south austin texas.it has been about nine months. we recently tried to remove a tire and found out none of the lug nuts would come off .they just snap. i have called numerous times.sometimes im on hold for ever and they never come back or even return my call.help,what do you do? the car was bought may 09 . it is a 2003 kia spectra which was bought for my college son and i worry constantly about him being stranded with a flat or even more serious. r driver
